Shipping Policy

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after the order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. Afterward, the package will be prepared for shipment.

Delivery time
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Shipping is carried out via Royal Mail.
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance against theft, loss, or damage of the package.

Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “Track your order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple packages.

My tracking number does not work
It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still provides no information after several days, you can contact our customer support at support@noireboutiquelondon.com.
